FPMR actively gets trapped by HCRX_EL2.

MTESTOREONLY, and MTEPERM for SCTLR_ELx, EnPACM and EnFPM in HCRX_EL2?
And I haven't checked whether TLBI VMALLWS2 can be trapped.
