Provide a userspace interface for userspace drivers or applications to read/write a VMBus ringbuffer. A significant part of this code is borrowed from DPDK[1]. Current library is supported exclusively for the x86 architecture. To build this library: make -C tools/hv libvmbus_bufring.a Applications using this library can include the vmbus_bufring.h header file and libvmbus_bufring.a statically.
