Normally, the percpu_ref of the user PTE page table page is in percpu mode. This patch add try_to_free_user_pte() to switch the percpu_ref to atomic mode and check if it is 0. If the percpu_ref is 0, which means that no one is using the user PTE page table page, then we can safely reclaim it.
