The patch does add a whole bunch of tricky junk to address something
which won't happen.  How about we simply disable
CONFIG_HUGETLB_PAGE_OPTIMIZE_VMEMMAP if (!CONFIG_MEMCG &&
!CONFIG_SLUB)?
