Randy, did you run "make SPHINXDIRS=driver-api htmldocs"? I remember seeing similar errors with v5.14 or v5.15. So I don't think this is a new issue. Without "SPHINXDIRS=driver-api", I don't get this error on -next. I didn't report it at the time as I was not sure it was expected or not.
