[PATCH v3 6/6] KVM: selftests: test KVM_GUESTDBG_BLOCKIRQ

Modify debug_regs test to create a pending interrupt
and see that it is blocked when single stepping is done
with KVM_GUESTDBG_BLOCKIRQ
