I've decided I want to put a little more work into patch 19, so I've
included what are hopefully final versions of only patches 6 and 14:

  06 Docs: kernel-hacking: wording
  14 Docs: kernel-hacking: Rewrite local_irq_{disable,enable,save,restore}

Overall:

  Documentation/DocBook/kernel-hacking.tmpl |  118 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++--
  1 files changed, 109 insertions(+), 9 deletions(-)
