Hi,

That may be a correct change, but your patch needs a
"Signed-off-by:" line and correct file names and directory levels
before it can be applied. Please resend with corrections.

I know it's just wanking, but I don't think this is the right change. All paths
within the kernel are based on the kernel sources "root" directory. That means
that REPORTING-BUGS absolute address is

	wherever_you_keep_kernel_sources/REPORTING-BUGS

Yeah, I don't think that the change is necessary either.
Since the submitter doesn't care enough to push it, I'm certainly not
making the change.

If we merge the proposed change we should merge hundreds of other changes...
In the same exact Documentation/BUG_HUNTING:

Please do read Documentation/SubmittingPatches though to help your

then should become

Please do read ../Documentation/SubmittingPatches though to help your

Apart from the fact that this is clearly the *wrong* change, this can
potentially create hundreds of useless one-liners in the whole Documentation/
and other text files.
