Ouch! Sorry about that! I testet against Linus' master and it applied without

I sent the original to linux-doc as well as the doc-maintainer listed in 
MAINTAINERS, Documentation-directory. I did not CC Michael Kerrisk on the 
resend as I saw his email contained manpage@, and assumed Dunlap was the 
appropriate person for this mail.

I added Kerrisk as an CC now.

linux-doc CC'ed, but lkml dropped. Probably a bad thing to send the patch 
there (I was under the impression that *all* patches should be sent there as 
well).

Did that, and, as it was a change to the gitignore file in Documentation, I 
didn't see any problems with this.

Am I missing something? What does 'patch tilted' mean?
