[PATCH] cgroups: documentation typo and spelling corrections

Hi all,

Please CC me in on any responses as I'm not on any of the main kernel lists.

This is my first attempt at submitting a kernel patch so I'm hoping I've
not got this too wrong!

I've been trying to learn what the cgroups system offers to inform the
Torque HPC queueing systems development process and whilst doing
so I came across a number of trivial typos & spelling errors that I fixed
up and I thought I'd feed them back upstream.

I've done my best to pick the people who seemed to be the best to send
to based on the MAINTAINERS entries for CPUSETS (nothing for CGROUPS)
and Documentation plus Li Zefan as he has made some other recent
changes to the cgroup documentation.
