This file needs one more line patched.  It still contains this:

   pirq=...	 See Documentation/i386/IO-APIC.txt

so change that one also and then you can add
  Acked-by: Randy Dunlap <rdunlap@xxxxxxxxxxxx>
to it if you want to.
