Add a gcm hash implementation using the Zvkg extension from OpenSSL (openssl/openssl#21923). The perlasm here is different from the original implementation in OpenSSL. The OpenSSL assumes that the H is stored in little-endian. Thus, it needs to convert the H to big-endian for Zvkg instructions. In kernel, we have the big-endian H directly. There is no need for endian conversion.
