Yes.  Maybe use 'SIZE_MAX & PAGE_MASK'?

Another alternative is the following:

	if (num_states >
	    (SIZE_MAX & PAGE_MASK) / sizeof(struct vgetrandom_state))
		return -EOVERFLOW;
	alloc_size = PAGE_ALIGN(num_states * sizeof(struct vgetrandom_state));
