This is needed to compile with `CFLAGS_KERNEL=-O2`. Due to `CFLAGS_jitterentropy.o = -O0` comes after `CFLAGS_KERNEL` the code is still optimized and gives an error. This patch deoptimizes the code despite any `CFLAGS`.
