'DH' and 'RSA' algorithms are supported by 'Kunpeng 920' and 'Kunpeng 930', but some new algrithms(like ECDH) are only supported by 'Kunpeng 930', so we add parameter 'struct hisi_qm *qm' to hpre_algs_(un)register to identify the chip's version.
