If CRYPTO_AUTHENC is m, CRYPTO_DEV_ATMEL_SHA is m, but
CRYPTO_DEV_ATMEL_AES is y, building will fails:

Fix this by moving the selection of CRYPTO_DEV_ATMEL_SHA under
CRYPTO_DEV_ATMEL_AES.
