loop-AES changes since previous release:
- Fixed bug that caused compile failure if kernel configuration has
CONFIG_UIDGID_STRICT_TYPE_CHECKS=y. Patch from Hank Leininger.
- Worked around block layer interface changes on 3.9 kernels.
