The FAQ at http://www.openssl.org/~appro/cryptogams/ says "If obtained
as a part of the OpenSSL Toolkit the modules are covered by the
OpenSSL license, while if obtained as a part of the CRYPTOGAMS
distribution - by the CRYPTOGAMS License" and that page only has link
to "CRYPTOGAMS version 0" which does not contain ARM implementations.
