Dear Experts : I need your help for my issue . In my project , I hope to implement vrf function . That means we need sever route tables . But I can't find the newer vrf-patch for my kernal version(version 2.6.31) . Reciently , I know of network-namepace , which is like vrf . So I have some questions to ask you . 1, For one eth interface , Whether can we assign it to the different network namespaces? 2, Is the route table in one network namespace isolated with .another network namespace ? 3, If we can assign the same interface to different network namespaces , How to differentiate the packets to different network namespaces ? 4, Which kernal version can completely and stabilly support network namespaces ?
