I did a git mv but I didn't have it detect renames when sending the
patches, sorry. I'll supply that next time since that'll be useful for
more than just this patch.

Incidentally, the patch description isn't correct -- subsequent patches
don't break it up. Those are part of my plans for future series. I just
wanted to get this set out for review first. This is also why the intro
says [00/13] when there are only 12 patches :P.
