The sk_gso_type field gets set during TCP connect(), so we need to set that properly when we synthesize the connection post-restart. Also, restore the gso_type field on socket buffers so that they're properly handled on the incoming path. Instead of storing that per-buffer, use the value that should have been set on it from the socket in the first place, to avoid needing to make sure the user doesn't try to restore a UDP buffer into a TCP socket (for example).
