No, just two processes. similar as Denial's:

$ sudo  lxc-execute -n foo -- ps -ef --forest
[sudo] password:
UID        PID  PPID  C STIME TTY          TIME CMD
root         1     0  0 23:24 ?        00:00:00 lxc-execute -n foo -- ps -ef --f
root         2     1  0 23:24 pts/0    00:00:00 ps -ef --forest
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have to run above commands with root, or it doesn't work.
