[ccr@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx: LS Mini Summit Update (18/07/08)]

I wasn't planning on taking a long lunch at the mini-summit.

But if a bunch of people attending reply to this email saying we should
go, it would be a nice chance to meet the attendents of the other
mini-summits (http://www.linuxsymposium.org/2008/minisummits.php)

Subject: LS Mini Summit Update (18/07/08)

Hi,

We are going to be doing a group lunch at a restaurant that
is approx. 10 minutes walk from the mini summit venues. What
we would like to do is extend lunch to 1.5hrs just to allow for people
to get to and from the location. So lunch will be from 12h30 - 14h00.
We have extended the rooms until 19h00 so hopefully this doesn't
impact anyone's schedule.

If you could please email your registered attendees and get 100%
confirmation
from them it would be greatly appreciated so that we can plan everything
accordingly. It can be Monday AM EST at the absolute latest but this
weekend would be fantastic. If it is easier, just have them email me
directly
with their confirmation and which mini summit they are attending since I
am sure that most of you don't want to spend the weekend going through
emails. :-)

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.

Cheers,

C.
