+struct cgroup_subsys cfq_cgroup_subsys = {

+};

but memory controller has the name 'memory', similar for cgroup sched.

So we do this:
	mount -t cgroup -omemory xxx /dev/memcg
but not:
	mount -t cgroup -omemory_cgroup xxx /dev/memcg
