The commit log message is apparently missing a lot of text!

This removes some mount options, I guess this means that they'll
result in generic "invalid parameter" errors. That's going to
be messy for sysadmins. Would it be better to throw a nonfatal
warning, even though the mount might fail during auth? After all,
it might actually work, if the server supported something better.
