You could either cc lkml in your pull requests, or try to get the linux-cifs list added to lore.kernel.org set of lists. Or maybe you don't care. Regardless of the actual pr-tracker-bot tracking, lore.kernel.org is nice in that it's a really _fast_ web archive for mailing lists, and has (at least so far) been more reliable for me than some other archives..
