AFAIC, I received your messages (more or less the same) 3 times so I think
sending is working fine :p What doesn't seem to work properly is your
email client replying function. Your emails are missing "References" or
"In-Reply-To" headers and cannot be grouped under the same thread as the
message you were replying to. Anyway.

After taking another look at this, it seems worth mentionning
indeed. I've also noticed a couple of typos in my patch. I'll send a
second version.
