Hi, as some of you may know, I've send some days ago a message on the linux-fsdevel maillist, about an interface from the VFS to mounted fs's like cifs and FUSE fs's: http://marc.info/?l=linux-fsdevel&m=130052497829681&w=2 Well as I undersood it's too complicated to get this into the VFS. There are some reasons for I do not understand right away. That's ok. I know about a year ago there were some also busy with it, as project part of GSOC 2010: http://lists.samba.org/archive/linux-cifs-client/2010-April/005747.html Now does anybody know what has become of this effort?
