Since commit 482a4360c56a ("docs: networking: convert netdevices.txt to
ReST"), Documentation/networking/netdevices.txt has been replaced by
Documentation/networking/netdevices.rst.
Update the comment accordingly to avoid a 'make htmldocs' warning.
