Usually I only specify the IRQ.

E.g.: For the

    https://wiki.seeedstudio.com/2-Channel-CAN-BUS-FD-Shield-for-Raspberry-Pi/

board I'm using:

dtoverlay=mcp251xfd-spi0-0,interrupt=25
dtoverlay=mcp251xfd-spi1-0,interrupt=24
