Use write()/send()/... as usual.

You can send up to ETP max bytes with one call, resulting in a single
huge ETP session. However, if you want to have a non blocking transfer,
your total message size needs to be smaller than the configured send
socket buffer.

As noted my other mail, once this all is running we can look how to
implement large non blocking transfers.
