Hi, We recently install Centos 6.5 in our server and we have encounter system crashing for 3-4 times now in 20 days with the panic error: PANIC: "kernel BUG at fs/fscache/operation.c:384!" sometimes: PANIC: "kernel BUG at fs/fscache/operation.c:385!" We would only notice server is rebooting then we check the crash logs. The Kernel version running in OS is 2.6.32-431.11.2.el6.x86_64 (kernel version installed from CentOS update). The system crashing is random, sometimes during peak time sometimes during night where server traffic and load is at low. The server is a heavy NFS based web hosting, and using fscache/cachefilesd all the time. Please advise what could be causing the issue and how can I fix it. Attached here is the latest crash logs. Let me know if you need more info. Thanks, Fernando ]0;root@web141:/var/crash/127.0.0.1-2014-05-01-14:15:42[root@xxxxxxxxx 127.0.0.1-2014-05-01-14:15:42]# ]0;root@web141:/var/crash/127.0.0.1-2014-05-01-14:15:42[root@xxxxxxxxx 127.0.0.1-2014-05-01-14:15:42]# ]0;root@web141:/var/crash/127.0.0.1-2014-05-01-14:15:42[root@xxxxxxxxx 127.0.0.1-2014-05-01-14:15:42]# crash /usr/lib/debug/lib/modules/2.6.32-431.11.2.el6.x86_64/vmlinux vmcore crash 6.1.0-5.el6 Copyright (C) 2002-2012 Red Hat, Inc.
