connect() system call establishes a connection as shown in below steps. 1. |client | ----------------- syn ---------------> | server | 2. |Server| --------------syn+ ack --------------> | client | 3. | Client | -----------------ack --------------------> | Server | But establishing connection , client calls close() system call.
