[Bluez PATCH v1] btmgmt: add non-interactive quit on read-sysconfig

This fixes the erros that read-sysconfig doesn't exit in non-interactive
mode.

Test with following commands
run "btmgmt read-sysconfig" and make sure it exits correctly
