[Linux-kernel-mentees] [PATCH] net: bluetooth: Fix null pointer dereference in hci_event_packet()

Prevent hci_phy_link_complete_evt() from dereferencing 'hcon->amp_mgr'
as NULL. Fix it by adding pointer check for it.
