Shall we memcpy hdev->irk as local_irk here.
if  privacy (HCI_PRIVACY)  is enabled. also if controller supports
LL_PRIVACY so that stack can utilize it.
else continue with HCI_PRIVACY.
Is there any drawback with this approach. please guide
