I want to keep the same semantics as with Load Link Keys, Load Long Term Keys etc. Generally speaking all “Load *” commands are used once by bluetoothd. They all follow this semantic that when loaded, the previous entries in the kernel are purged.

Yep. Use as many tabs as possible, but fill the rest with spaces so that the parameters align.
