btmesh.c: (Deleted) Contains no unique functionality
display.[ch]: retained functionality moved to util.c
prov.c: PB-ADV functionaility retained in pb-adv.c
proivision.c: Retained functionality split between
              prov-acceptor.c and prov-initiator.c
