I've been using Debian 9. 

I have also tryed: Fedora-KDE-Live-x86_64-27-1.6 live dvd image, same issue;
manjaro-kde-17.1.6-stable-x86_64 live dvd image, same issue; Mageia 5 Kde live
dvd, working: I can pair my PC to another device and sent it files from my PC.
