https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=198037 Bug ID: 198037 Summary: Bluetooth headset is rendered unusable on account of massive stuttering after playing music for a while with Intel 3160 Product: Drivers Version: 2.5 Kernel Version: 4.13 Hardware: Intel OS: Linux Tree: Mainline Status: NEW Severity: high Priority: P1 Component: Bluetooth Assignee: linux-bluetooth@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Reporter: prashant.rao@xxxxxxxxx Regression: No My headset (Boat Rockerz 600) pairs with my PC. I start playing music and after a while (roughly an hour or so), there is massive stuttering and it becomes unusable. However, when Wi-Fi is turned off, there is no problem whatsoever. The Bluetooth-Wi-Fi co-existence does not seem to work on my laptop's Intel Wireless 3160 chipset. I'm running Ubuntu 17.10 and after checking with the firmware tree, I appear to have the latest blobs. It would be great if this could be looked into. My guess is that it is a firmware/driver issue as Windows 10 supports Wi-Fi & Bluetooth simultaneously on the same hardware. I would be more than happy to provide any additional information. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.-- To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-bluetooth" in the body of a message to majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx More majordomo info at http://vger.kernel.org/majordomo-info.html
