[PATCH BlueZ 2/2] gatt: Add implementation of link option

This includes the link type into the options passed to ReadValue and
WriteValue, with this the implementation can pass tests such as
TP/GAR/CL/BI-34-I which requires specific errors to be reported
depending on the bearer.
