Hi,

Can you please share the scenario, where you see the issue?

And also, FW you have got from Linux-firmware?
This is the last fw in the Linux firmware tree:
2017-03-07 linux-firmware: Update firmware patch for Intel Bluetooth,8260 

But from your description, i see a different version.

Can you please give the output of the fw version:
$sudo hcitool cmd 3f 05
