Bluetooth issue in Debian teting

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello all,

Excuse me, if I'm posting this to the wrong place. If possible, point
me to the correct place to post this, if this isn't.

My laptop came with a Broadcom bluetooth adapter. When I try to enable
it gets enabled but doesn't show any nearby devices.

I once tried to fix specified in [1]. It worked for some time and after
some upgrade it stopped working again. I have re-installed the
operating system since then (not for this reason).

I am currently unable to use it to transfer files (or) connect devices.
The only thing I could do is to watch it "trying" to detect devices.
What could be the issue?

Device Information:

Debian version : 4.9.30-1 (2017-06-04) (stretch)
