i have a ThinkPad X1 Wireless Touch Mouse
(http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/itemdetails/4X30K40903/460/0E80436C80A748E6AA76791FC42C9CA3)
There seems to be problem with itr while used on bluetooth (usage with
provided dongle is normal):
- the mouse is sluggish and does not move fluently
- after some inactivity (from 1 minute to 10 minutes), it is
disconnected (which is normal for a BLE device)
but then is long to connect back (from 3 secs to more than 10 secs)
- each time it connects, journalctl shows GATT service objects disabled

technical details:
- computer is LENOVO X1 CARBON 4th GEN
- distro is ARCH LINUX
- bluez is version 5.40-1

following discussions on IRC with sjanc, here you can find btmon logs

More comments:

- I previously played with hcitool le* commands, and the mouse became
fluent, and evhz gave an average of mor ethan 100Hz
- I do not remember exactly what was the hcitool sequence that led to
this result, and I cannot reproduce it
- the keyboard is also a lenovo one, from same generation, and it
appears to disconnect and be long to connect at some times too (same
symptoms)
but i disconnected it for these tests to not pollute btmon output
