I fixed this somehow by editing the file
linux-4.5-rc5/net/bluetooth/hci_core.c. I did comment out the 'quirk' if
statement  in the hci_init4_req function.

/* if (hdev->commands[6] & 0x80 && ...  */

Opp filetransfer works from android 5.1 phone with this 3 usd adapter. File
transfer speed is about 0.2 Mbytes/s.
