Sorry, I indeed mixed up these two commands. Sounds like we need a new quirk or
need to extend the existing one to cover this second HCI command (the quirk is
called HCI_QUIRK_BROKEN_STORED_LINK_KEY so at least the name would cover both
commands). FWIW, the kernel code does check whether the controller claims to
support this command or not and only issues it if it is claimed to be
supported, so in that sense this adapter is quite broken.
