We are not accepting dead code upstream. You can fix this later when this went upstream. Please utilize proper comments and git commit messages for explaining all the details. git itself will then later nicely keep track of all of this.

I really prefer you prefix this with qca_.

You can either do qca_rome_set_bdaddr or qca_set_bdaddr_rome. Your choice. Same goes for the UART setup command.
