[PATCH BLUEZ] android/pan: Fix not NULL terminating parsed string

This patch prevents the possible not NULL terminating problem.
ifr_name's array size is IFNAMSIZ. So If BNEP_BRIDGE has IFNAMSIZ size,
the name string will be not NULL terminating.
