generally these should be named Transport, UUIDs, RSSI and Pathloss according to how we have named other keys in either dictionaries or properties.

And personally I do not think that any of these are mandatory. Providing an empty dictionary is the same as disabling the filter for this application.

I mean leaving Transport out will assume "auto", leaving UUIDs out, will assume [], leaving RSSI out will assume no filtering on RSSI threshold and leaving Pathloss out means no pathloss filtering. Should fit in nicely with the default that we have anyway.
