Judging from information i googled, attached patch is original one and patch in
https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/bluetooth/bluetooth-next.git/commit/?id=f9f462faa02777f497eb25255683a94e0c054de6
is modified "more elegant" one, however the elegant one does not work in all
cases... at least not with Cambridge Silicon Radio chips.
